History: The Razvancha House is a Minor House and has been for many generations but is descended from an ancient Major House: Thersskel through the youngest daughter, Nyight Thersskel and while the House still exists; there is none of the House that is in service to the Emperor. This link is the only tie that the Razvanchas have to, at one time, being a Major House.

The rank of House Major was lost due to an ongoing feud with the Shaka House, which are considered ‘distantly related’ and it is a relation that is periodically renewed. The last chance at saving both Houses was the marriage of the Thersskel daughters into both households. This feud that has cost both houses greatly continues but have not had any major flare ups since the last Vor’ill’s, Duron Razvancha, disappearance.

Members of the Razvancha House are known for their reclusive, ‘as long as you don’t bother me I won’t bother you’ attitudes. They value their privacy and are more likely to keep to themselves but without the stigma of inbreeding that other reclusive Houses have. They also take pride in serving their time in the Imperial Military and often continue beyond the allotted time required.

The citadel itself is located in the southwestern portion of the Diirlathe in the outer mountains, a good mining area if you own a portion of it. However because of past feuds the lines of where Razvancha lands and Shaka lands are have blurred and any of the mines in that area have become run down do to lack of upkeep, but does not mean other Houses have pounced as the Shakas keep the borders patrolled. The citadel itself is circular with a central peak that rises slightly above the ‘spokes’ of the rest of the citadel and sets nestled into the mountains, the lay out and design speaks of the former glory the house enjoyed, however, it has been poorly maintained save for certain wings that the current Vor’ill has restored.

The Razvancha family traded in weaponry, from exotic to the practical and everything in-between. Most of the weapons were by their own hand or forged by those trusted with the technique that had been passed down through the generations. The males typically did the forging or taught others the technique while the females did any fine scrollwork.

However, with the last large feud between House Razvancha and House Shaka, many valuable mines collapsed and the ore ran out until finally there simply wasn’t any more that could be produced and the House slowly began to fall financially. While there are no weapons currently being produced, jewelry with the same master craftsmanship that the Razvancha house was known for has been turning up in the neutral lands, whether they are new works or old has not been discovered.
