Trevis has many tattoos up and down his arms. Documenting each one would take too long so below are listed only the important marks.
 A ring of black thorns around a rampant dragon in the center is on her right shoulder blade. This marks him as a memeber of Araxmarr's Black Guard. During the story Tapestry of Legends, anyone found with this mark was killed by the now deceased Emperor Nargus. This murdering ceased once Araxmarr (Callan) took the throne.
In the story Seed of Wrath, Trevis was marked as one of the Chosen of Xraden, the God of Chaos, along with his friend Tarsh Merta. The mark is unusual in that it is never in the same spot and roves about his body, appearing in different spots. Occasionally Trevis is found scratching at it when it appears on his arms.
